From our roots as a family business, we are known today as _Nella Cutlery & Food Equipment Inc._ We import, manufacture and distribute a full line of brand name, professional food equipment to our clients throughout the hospitality industry, which range from restaurants, hotels, institutional kitchens, supermarkets, bakeries, etc. Along with the thousands of kitchen items we supply at our retail store and showroom, we also specialize in custom fabrication, professional installations and knife sharpening services.

The Opportunity:

Nella Cutlery & Food Equipment Inc._ is currently looking for a fulltime
Shipper/Receiver to join our team located in
1255 Fewster Dr, Mississauga, L4W 1A2.

The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our shipping and receiving process.

In particular, you will be required to ship and receive, generating the paperwork using SAP along with logging the orders received.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Organize incoming deliveries loading, unloading, sorting and movement of shipments
Operating forklift in safe and proper manner
Perform inspection and inventory checks to resolve discrepancies between ordered goods and good received (i.e. quality, quantity, delays, accuracy, etc.)
Update inbound and outbound orders through SAP and generate required paperwork
Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of stock room (i.e. cleaned and organized)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role i.e. shipper/receiver, inventory control, warehouse, etc. (3+ years required)
Previous experience operating a forklift machine (required)
Ability to life up to 50 lbs., unassisted (required)
Willingness and ability to be on feet, uninterrupted, for extended periods of time (required)
Experience with SAP or other ERP system
Providing friendly and courteous communications with customers and clients
Maintaining the general cleanliness of company
Highly attentive to detail and proven organization skills
Strong timemanagement and multitasking skills
Basic arithmetic and analytic skills (required)
Displays the ability to work in fast paced, dynamic work environment
