Overview:

Duties:


  • Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets for installation
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
  • Ensure that safety protocols are followed onsite to prevent accidents and damage.
  • Coordinate with other crew members to ensure that surfaces are prepared properly for painting or texturing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Drywall Installer, Taper, or Mudder, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools associated with drywall installation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various postures.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our company.


Pay:
From $27.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
