- Acting as a main contact for field personnel and Project Managers
- Experience in leak repairs and detection
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Knowledge of roofing systems such as Modified Bitumen, Built Up Roof, and Single Ply
- Ability to read blueprints and follow safety policies
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Capability to work at heights and instruct new workers
