As a Part-Time Technical Recruiter at Blanc Labs, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying and attracting top technical talent.

You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting the first round of behavioral interviews, and headhunting for key technical positions.

Your efforts will ensure that we are equipped with a high-performing team capable of driving our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the hiring team to arrange technical interviews and facilitate the interview process.
Stay abreast of trends and advancements in technical recruitment strategies.
Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Blanc Labs as an employer of choice.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in software development and IT roles.
Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Selfmotivated and passionate about contributing to the growth and success of Blanc Labs.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Flexibility to work parttime hours, with the potential to increase based on business needs.
