Qualification & Attributes:


  • Professional demeanor

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in an environment where there are multiple unplanned interruptions

Educational/Professional Requirements:


  • High School Diploma, supplemented with an Office Assistant Certificate (or similar) plus 1year experience working in an office environment
  • Power School experience is an asset
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, Website Management and troubleshooting media communication/TV systems and Social media management experience is an asset
  • First Aid would be an asset

Hourly Rate:
$17.87 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
