About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing assignment team


What you'll do here:


  • Create and publish analysis reports for our assignment team.
  • Consolidate data from various sources to produce our reports.
  • Track, identify and analyze trends in our results and productivity.
  • Work in collaboration with different teams in line with our values.
  • Ensure the maintenance and optimization of our tools.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to optimize our assigned service level agreement.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in data-related field (i.e., Mathematics, Science, Statistics, AI, Computer Science, etc.), or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of VBA programming and use of Excel, Access and Microsoft suites.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and adapt messages to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • No work experience in Canada required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
