Definition of work The Site Clinical Manager is the on-site manager responsible and accountable for the overall direction and coordination of clinical and human resource activities at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Corner Brook Long Term Care Centre, the Protective Care Residences, Western Long Term Care Home, and Bay St.

George Long Term Care Centre during evenings, nights, statutory holidays, and weekends.

He/she will manage patient flow, monitor appropriateness of admission and patient placement and coordinate human resource activities to ensure the appropriate resources are available to meet patient care requirements.

Hours of Work: 70 hours per pay period

and hours;
4 on, 4 off, days and nights

Salary Scale:
$83,209.00 to $108,172.00 per annum
