    Description
    Freelance UX Designer


    Role Overview:
    Seeking a Freelance UX Designer to collaborate on product discovery and UX enhancements.

    The role involves creating intuitive user flows, robust information architecture, conducting customer interviews, and executing user testing to optimize user experiences.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop user-centric designs and wireframes based on product requirements.
    Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs and pain points.
    Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
    Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in UX design, preferably in product discovery and user testing.
    Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
    Strong understanding of information architecture principles and user psychology.
    Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and gather feedback.
    Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
