As our
Shipping & Receiving Supervisor you:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work environment (Including outside yard and seacans).
  • Communicate with key internal stake holders on shipping and receiving requirements on a daily basis.
  • Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Manages garbage, scrap and corrugated waste.
  • Maintains and orders truck fleets.
  • Provide additional backup support for:
  • Promptly receive deliveries and unload trucks, sort and stock materials.
  • Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Receiving, stocking, stacking and maintaining the racking.
  • Pulling, packing, and loading.
years' experience in a warehouse environment, senior level experience an asset.

  • Excellent communication both written and oral.
  • Strong sense of urgency, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Trimble.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
