  • Complete front desk administration; greeting customers, guests, and employees
  • Process time and attendance transactions as well as error processing
  • Create and manage production orders, apply, and communicate production changes
  • Review document changes and identify gaps in current systems and processes; recommend and implement effective solutions by collaborating with crossfunctional teams
  • Provide research assistance to nonroutine data entry errors; make recommendations and/or implement improvements to reduce repeats.
  • Create routings and bill of materials.
  • Schedule, expedite and coordinate the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfers and inventory control
  • Prepare work and production schedules, monitoring the progress of production projects
  • Work in collaboration with planning departing, engineering department and manufacturing teams to cost production orders
  • Review document changes and identify gaps in current systems and processes; recommend and implement effective solutions by collaborating with crossfunctional teams
  • Provide research assistance to nonroutine data entry errors; make recommendations and/or implement improvements to reduce repeats

Skills and Experience:


  • Education or equivalent experience in activities related to manufacturing, project management, production planning and/or scheduling
  • Able to manage competing demands, deal with frequent changes and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Detailoriented; accurately and efficiently manage a high volume of work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Technical competency and the ability to communicate both technical and nontechnical material to staff and management at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly motivated and selfdirected
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 36
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production processes in an ERP system including inventory control, production control and supply chain management
