Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and goals. Lead the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Build and mentor a highperforming engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team delivers highquality products and services on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to design and deliver customerfacing solutions. Drive innovation by championing best practices in software development, architecture, and design.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to ensure that technology initiatives align with product development goals and market demands.
  • Optimize engineering processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency. Implement metrics and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of cloud hosting models and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Drive initiatives to optimize costs while maximizing performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Csuite executives, product managers, and sales and marketing teams, to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Serve as a key liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a Clevel engineering role within a global B2B SaaS company, with at least 15 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and mentoring highperforming teams.
  • Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and engineering, with proficiency in frontend and backend technologies.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology initiatives.
  • Experience working in agile environments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
