Our client, Whispering Pines is expanding their sales team Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Landscape Construction Sales Representative will collaborate with property owners to establish outdoor solutions plans for residential and commercial properties, while keeping our company core values in mind.

You are highly detailed, intensely organized, financially literate and work best within a structured environment. You collaborate well with colleagues, bring passion and energy to a team environment and like to have fun. Coupled with design experience, you would describe yourself as naturally creative. You have great knowledge but balance with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with property owners to establish outdoor plans for residential and commercial properties.
Develop long lasting relationship with clients and look for opportunities to cross sell between divisions
Actively Network within industry to generate leads
Prepare and maintenance estimates and designs based on company guidelines
Develop relationships with subcontractors to quote and produce work for clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in landscape design, horticulture, agriculture, or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a landscape sales environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to sell.
Proficient with computer programs such as Office365, design programs, CRM systems.
Strong math skills and experience gathering takeoffs and estimating time and materials.
Strong customer service and problemsolving background.
Ability to selfmanage with strong organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range $70,000 $100,00 plus commission
Group benefit plan

including a health care spending account
