Description

One Eleven - Manager, Operations and Member Services

Reporting to our Managing Director OneEleven & Head of Scaleups, you will lead the effort to onboard member companies to OneEleven's community and our space.

You will build relationships that help us better respond to the programming and services that are valuable to emerging tech companies who are rapidly scaling their businesses.

You will also manage all aspects related to co-shared member company relationships including leases, negotiations and office moves (including implementation plan).

Furthermore, you will oversee designated facility operations, vendors, and subcontractors.

Finally, you'll build and maintain continuous feedback loops to ensure OneEleven programming, operations, and partnerships are meeting the needs of current members and attracting new prospects.

You'll also be replied upon to jump on any other task our small team needs - its all-hands-on deck

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of five years' work experience, preferably in a role where you have dealt with multiple stakeholders including members, customers, or clients.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to see a project from conception through to completion.
  • Ability and comfort level to discuss and manage technology needs of our 55,000 square foot space with vendors must be comfortable understanding needs from a UX perspective and managing our service providers.
  • Process and documentation oriented
  • Comfortable organizing data and making reports to partners, ideally using a CRM such as HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.
  • Ability to forecast and manage a budget, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience managing a Google Apps for Work/company GSuite account.
  • The ability to wear a lot of different hats. We are a small team, and you have to be willing and able to do a bit of every function.
  • An earnest desire to help advance one of Canada's most beloved tech accelerators and the community that defines it. This won't be a 9 to 5 role, so it's important that you bring a little _joie de vivre_ to this community.
  • Humility. We cannot stress this enough. Every day, we will go into work with the singular goal of helping entrepreneurs and founders, who are risking everything for their business. If that is not humbling, we don't know what is.
  • This is an inperson role Monday to Friday.
  • One Eleven is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer._
