_ How you will contribute:

Product development:

Responsible for overseeing the development of new products or features, working closely with software engineers and designers to ensure that the product meets the company's goals and requirements.

Customer needs:

Ensures that the software product meets the needs of the company's customers. They conduct market research to identify customer needs and then translate those needs into product features and requirements.

Product roadmap:

The product manager works with the team to build the product roadmap that outlines the product's development plan, including timelines, milestones, and priorities.

This roadmap guides the development team and ensures that the product is developed on time and on budget.

Product launch:

The software product manager is responsible for launching the product and ensuring that it is successful.

Product performance:

Once the product is launched, the product manager is responsible for monitoring its performance and making necessary adjustments.

They analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to make changes to the product.

Product documentation:

The product manager is responsible for all feature documentation for the different business audiences, including summarized feature lists, presentations, competitive analysis, SWOT, and demos.


_ What you bring to the table:_

5-7+ years experience in the Product Manager role, in projects ranging from small to large scale (Agile and Waterfall methodologies) within a FINTECH, payment processor, card processing, or a similar company that is handling ecommerce and/or point-of-sale

Experience in POS product management either as a Product manager and/or Developer:


  • Experience in loyalty management, or similar discipline.
  • Must have experience in digital payments (wallets), and/or within the credit card industry, knowledge of North America credit cards is a significant asset
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of SDLC, business analysis, project delivery best practices and standards across the project life cycle
  • Technical expertise: The ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts related to payment processing and the ability to work closely with developers and engineers to deliver innovative products.
  • Market research: Ability to conduct research to identify trends in the payment processing industry, consumer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product development.
  • Customercentric approach: Ability to put customers first by designing products that solve their problems and meet their needs.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze information and data to make informative product decisions and track key performance indicators to measure the success of a product.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead crossfunctional teams, inspire team members, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Demonstratable experience in project rollout, end to end, from product requirements to rollout.
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision, contribute to a positive work environment, and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities successfully.
  • Able to effectively communicate (verbally and nonverbally) by generating an action, informing, creating understanding and consensus, or communicating a certain idea/point.
