About the Company Our client is a designer and manufacturer of water electrolyzers. They are looking for an Assistant Manager -FP&A to join their team Why Work Here Growth opportunities Lots of mentorship opportunities Flexible hours Benefits CPA dues covered About the Opportunity Lead FP&A activities including budgeting forecasting variance analysis and long-range planning Support tracking reporting and compliance for government grants and funding programs Prepare management reporting packages KPIs and executive-level financial insights Build and maintain financial models related to capital projects R&D initiatives and operating performance Partner with engineering operations and project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking Assist with month-end close accruals and reconciliations in accordance with IFRS Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve financial processes controls and reporting accuracy About You Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting CPA or CPA in progress Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong experience with government grants subsidies or public funding is an asset Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience in clean tech manufacturing R&D-focused environments is an asset Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000 / year When referencing this job quote #466300 Disclaimer This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Highspring s client You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity A recruiter will be in touch with you if your profile meets our client s requirements for this role By submitting to this position you agree that you will give Vaco by Highspring the exclusive right t
