As Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations.

You will lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.

Your expertise in food safety, restaurant management, and culinary skills will be essential in creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef at an upscale fine dining restaurant
  • Create and develop menus that are innovative, appealing, and meet the dietary needs of customers.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared and served according to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute catering events.
  • Train, mentor and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Implement and enforce food safety procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage kitchen operations during busy shifts and ensure smooth workflow

Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and culinary trends.
  • Experience in catering or working in a fastpaced food service environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

From $80,000.00 per year
