BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER
ASP has provided security and customer service solutions for over 20 years to Canadian clients including some of the largest airports in Canada and has a significant presence in the Commercial and Residential spaces in Ontario.

What you will do:
- Bring new business to the company.
- Manage and build client relationships
- Prospect for new business using various communication tools including online, phone and face to face contacts.
- Ensure successful client implementation and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Participate in creating and executing a business development strategy designed to generate new business.
- Manage RFP response, including developing, writing and delivering effective business proposals and estimates with the support of appropriate resources from crossfunctional teams.
- Meet or exceed all measurable sales objectives, quotas and revenue goals.
- Ensure increased customer satisfaction through improved communication and turnaround time.
- Develop strong customer relationships to become a preferred business partner.
- Prepare and facilitate presentations to customers and senior management.
- Represent and promote ASP at industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Work closely with the senior management team to deploy a sales strategy to achieve goals and objectives set for the business.
- Participate in developing and deploying marketing tools to reach customer prospects in target markets.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Who you are:
- Business Management diploma/degree through a reputable college preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience, security industry experience preferred.
- Able to travel up to 50% within Canada as required.
- Proven relationship building skill and excellent interpersonal and communication skills verbal, written, presentation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Able to network and engage with prospective clients and decision makers to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledgeable of current trends in the security industry.
- Selfstarter with an ability to effectively prioritize and organize multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to drive customer solutions.
- Solid competence with the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
