Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Must be willing and able to travel with occasional overnight accommodations
  • Must possess and maintain a valid full Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence
  • Must be able to work a variable 52 schedule to include weekends during the course of the camping season (May to September)

Qualifications:

Essential:


  • Extensive experience providing clerical and administrative support in a publicfacing or hospitality environment
  • Experience with accounting procedures including recording revenues, disbursements, reconciliations, and cash handling
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to format and prepare a variety of written documents
  • Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to deal with the public, over the phone and inperson
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and manage customer conflict
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and demands
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Desired:


  • Knowledge of camping reservation policies and regulations in provincial parks
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in French
