Conditions of Employment:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be willing and able to travel with occasional overnight accommodations
- Must possess and maintain a valid full Manitoba Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Must be able to work a variable 52 schedule to include weekends during the course of the camping season (May to September)
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Extensive experience providing clerical and administrative support in a publicfacing or hospitality environment
- Experience with accounting procedures including recording revenues, disbursements, reconciliations, and cash handling
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to format and prepare a variety of written documents
- Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to deal with the public, over the phone and inperson
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and manage customer conflict
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and demands
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Desired:
- Knowledge of camping reservation policies and regulations in provincial parks
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in French
