Account Supervisor (Health)

altavia.cloudraker is looking for an Account Supervisor (Health) who is ready to help lead a pharmaceutical portfolio comprising various therapeutic areas, with a blend of HCP and consumer-directed projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead brand initiatives with the support of a Director, Manager, and Account Coordinator.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing actionable feedback to the internal team.
  • Offer strategic insights to enhance solutions for client challenges.
  • Conduct and lead weekly client calls and presentations.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and business evolution for clients.
  • Support and review internal regulatory, PAAB, and ASC submissions.
  • Manage brand planning and lifecycle, including prelaunch, launch, and LOE.
  • Develop innovative recommendations and proposals for projects and new business opportunities.
  • Set and manage budgets based on clients' financial and business realities.
  • Define and manage project deliverables, budgets, risks, and timelines.
  • Coach and manage a highperforming team.
  • Improve account efficiency and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to the overall agency strategy and direction.

You have:


  • A thorough understanding of PAAB and ASC regulations;
  • 12 years of experience in a similar role, or 34 years of management experience;
  • Experience in the therapeutic areas of oncology and vaccines (preferable)
  • The desire to grow and learn as part of a highly motivated team
  • A love of clinical data and an deep understanding of complex disease states with the ability to distill the information into tactics that drive meaningful change
  • Digital and traditional marketing experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • A passion for coaching and developing others;
  • A strategic perspective on marketing and always think about the big picture;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit someone who is willing to drive the business;
  • High degree of emotional intelligence; you can adapt your communication style to anyone you speak to;
  • The ability to juggle several ongoing deliverables (e.g., a portfolio with multiple indications) and prioritize accordingly.

altavia.cloudraker est à la recherche d'un superviseur de compte (profil santé) prêt à participer à la gestion d'un portefeuille pharmaceutique comprenant divers domaines thérapeutiques, avec un mélange de projets destinés aux professionnels de la santé et aux consommateurs canadiens.


Dans ce rôle, vous avez la capacité de démontrer votre expertise pharmaceutique en tant que responsable d'un portefeuille axé sur l'oncologie ou les vaccins.

Votre leadership s'étend à l'équipe interne de gestionnaires de comptes, des coordonnateurs que vous aiderez à encadrer et à développer, ainsi qu'au soutien des directeurs et des stratèges dans le cadre de nouvelles opportunités de développement d'affaires avec des clients existants et potentiels.
