    We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead, scale and continuously evolve our Lender Solutions portfolio. Reporting to the VP, Commercial Solutions Product Management, you will define and execute a comprehensive Lender Solutions strategy that delivers measurable business outcomes and creates meaningful value for Teranet and its customers.

    You bring deep knowledge of the end-to-end lending lifecycle, lender workflows, and lending technologies, with demonstrated experience digitizing, automating and optimizing lender processes to improve decisioning, efficiency, and risk outcomes.

    This expertise is complemented by a strong command of the Canadian lending regulatory environment and your familiarity with the complexity of integrating into, and evolving alongside, highly interconnected lender systems and processes.

    You will be accountable for the commercial performance and success of the Lender Solutions portfolio, driving sustainable revenue growth, strong return on investment, and measurable customer value by embedding intelligent solutions directly into Canadian lender workflows to materially improve decision velocity, efficiency, and risk management at scale.

    You will define and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap working cross-functionally to translate market and customer needs into scalable, compliant solutions that integrate seamlessly into lender systems and day-to-day workflows.

    You will rigorously balance customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial viability to prioritize the highest-impact investments.

    You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, optimization, and retirement using customer insight and data to continuously improve product value and commercial performance.

    You will ensure organizational readiness and execution by coordinating and partnering cross-functionally to validate opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.

    All products will be client-centric, scalable, compliant and aligned with Canadian regulatory expectations (OSFI, FCAC, Bank Act, AML, KYC, consumer-driven banking, responsible A).You will build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of product professionals by setting clear strategic direction, establishing well-defined priorities, and allocating resources to the highest-impact work.

    You will coach and develop top talent, foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and hold the team accountable for delivering measurable customer, product, and business outcomes through strong collaboration and disciplined execution.

    You will lead initiatives that span multipole portfolios, establishing, optimizing, and embedding best-in-class product management, produce development, and delivery practices across the Commercial Solutions Product Management organization.

    You will drive consistent ways of working, strengthen product craft and execution discipline, and ensure teams are aligned around shared standards, governance, and outcomes enabling scaled execution, faster value realization, and improved commercial performance.

    Engage Customers & Market Stakeholders:
    Strengthen customer relationships, gather insights, monitor trends, and translate feedback into strategic decisions.

    Ensure Governance, Compliance & Performance Management:
    Establish clear metrics, assess risks, and make data‑driven adjustments to ensure accountability and alignment with organizational standards.
    What You Bring*** Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant discipline or comparable experience is an asset.* 10+ years working in strategy, product management, commercialization and monetization roles within B2B or enterprise environments, spanning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle (ideation through sunsetting) and commercialization/go‑to‑market execution.* 10+ years working directly within lender environments—including banks, credit unions, monoline and private lenders, insurers, and POS/LOS/LMS providers—with hands‑on experience across origination, adjudication, funding, servicing, collections, and risk management, applying this knowledge to drive client ‑centric product strategy, lender workflow optimization, and commercial adoption.* 7+ years building and delivering products, APIs, or platforms for organizations of comparable scale and complexity as Teranet, with clear commercial outcomes (e.g., revenue creation/expansion).* 5+ years of people leadership, directly managing Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Senior Product Analysts; proven track record of developing talent, coaching, and leading high‑performing teams.
    • Lending Technology Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of lender technology ecosystems—including digital lending platforms, underwriting workflows, API/ consumer driven banking integrations, and digital identity/KYC solutions.
    • Data Product Commercialization: Proven experience building, pricing, and scaling data driven products for financial institutions, with measurable success in driving revenue growth and converting pilots into enterprise adoption.

      Provent track record integrating solutions with lender systems such as POS, LOS, LMS platforms, including experience with workflow design, data exchanges, and API driven integrations.

    • AI/ML &

    Analytics Application:

    Hands on familiarity with how lenders use AI/ML for underwriting, fraud detection, income verification, and personalization, with the ability to translate data capabilities into model ready features and business outcomes.


    • Regulatory &

    Compliance Fluency:
    Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations OSFI, FCAC, Bank Act, AML, KYC, consumer-driven banking, responsible A —and ability to design compliant data solutions that accelerate lender procurement and onboarding.
    • Ecosystem Partnership Leadership: Track record developing strategic partnerships across banks, credit unions, alt lenders, technology vendors, fintechs, and fraud/identity providers to expand distribution and embed data products in lending workflows.
    • Portfolio Leadership: Experienced in managing diverse customer segments , with strengths in prioritization, value-based trade-offs, and value-driven decisions.
    • Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of commercialization and monetization models, pricing, customer segmentation, and product‑market fit; experience sponsoring and developing business cases and tracking ROI.
