Summary of Duties
Work Performed
Develop and maintain program and data systems to collect, monitor and report financial and non-financial information, and create documentation of the processes required to complete these tasks.
Develop, implement and maintain program and data systems to collect, monitor and report on data inputs that affect Children's Services expenditures and budgets and to ensure adherence to Municipal and Provincial guidelines.
Assist in the development and preparation of Provincially mandated data submissions.
Interpret data patterns and trends, assess data quality and address outlier data.
Assist with special projects including research, report writing, drafting procedures, participating in presentations, training and refining processes.
Produces relevant maps through Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping system and creates info graphics that are meaningful and use friendly.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and community partners on the development, presentation and implementation of Children's Services policies and strategies.
Practices and promotes the City of London's Corporate Values and Behaviours in all work performed as an employee of the Corporation.

Qualifications/Experience
A University degree with Honours from an accredited post-secondary school institution in one of the following: Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent field of study.
Two years of related experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data collection, research, reporting and evaluation (Excel, SPSS, GIS).
Specialized Training & Licenses Skills and abilities in the following areas are necessary**:
Clear Vulnerable Persons Screening/Criminal Reference Check.
Demonstrated statistical analysis capabilities Advances use in Excel.
Compensation Range
$53,111-$76,839 (Level 13).
This posting is for (1) position being filled on a temporary full-time basis for up to 2 years.
Current hours of Work:
Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
