Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a Commercial and Industrial energy program in Indigenous communities of Ontario.

We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption.

As an operations analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting of one of our programs along with providing support to staff and managers within other teams working on the same program.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week in the office for a team meeting. To be considered you must be in the Greater Toronto Area.

You're a great fit if you can- Manage program-related data and conduct complex analyses based on program needs- Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with the terms of our contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.

- Set up dashboards and KPI trackers- Create dashboards using PowerBI- Be an organized, self-starter who thrives in a team environment- Communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbally- Act as a friendly, people person who is passionate about the environment- Travel 25% of the time to remote communities in Ontario- Be located in Greater Toronto Area - Would prefer someone in the GTA to meet with weekly at the office and build a strong collaborative team- 2-4 years in an operations-based role and/or 0-4 years experience in energy efficiency- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred, but not required- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, experience with Power Query and PowerBI is an asset- Experience in customer service, data-driven, and highly detail-oriented

Compensation:
$ $30.00 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
