STEMCELL Technologies is Canada's largest Biotech company, and we're continuing to grow Our Enterprise Infrastructure team is looking for an IT Systems Analyst providing end-user computing support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 23 support in both lead and collaborator capacities, tracking objectives, as well as feasibility, time estimates, and compatibility of potential resolutions
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team and the business to deliver the optimal IS solutions
  • Plan, schedule and perform maintenance and continually monitor performance of systems
  • Respond to emergencies and system failures including afterhours problems and lead the response and resolution of escalated issues
  • Provide transparent communication to clients, and maintain thorough documentation

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Experience providing Tier 23 support in a multisite, web and cloudbased IT environment using Google Suite and/or M365 and Azure and/or AWS
  • Strong proficiency with Intune (or MDT/SCCM) deployment, automation and packaging
  • Exposure to automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Java, etc. would be a strong asset
  • Open approach to working across a broad range of technologies, and with people from diverse professional backgrounds
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, task and time management skills while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
