STEMCELL Technologies is Canada's largest Biotech company, and we're continuing to grow Our Enterprise Infrastructure team is looking for an IT Systems Analyst providing end-user computing support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Tier 23 support in both lead and collaborator capacities, tracking objectives, as well as feasibility, time estimates, and compatibility of potential resolutions
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team and the business to deliver the optimal IS solutions
Plan, schedule and perform maintenance and continually monitor performance of systems
Respond to emergencies and system failures including afterhours problems and lead the response and resolution of escalated issues
Provide transparent communication to clients, and maintain thorough documentation

Knowledge and Qualifications

Experience providing Tier 23 support in a multisite, web and cloudbased IT environment using Google Suite and/or M365 and Azure and/or AWS
Strong proficiency with Intune (or MDT/SCCM) deployment, automation and packaging
Exposure to automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Java, etc. would be a strong asset
Open approach to working across a broad range of technologies, and with people from diverse professional backgrounds
Exceptional communication, customer service, task and time management skills while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
