Job Title
Manager, Contracting
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the contracting team for all distribution channels within Licensing, Contracting and Compensation Services (LCCS).
This position will partner with the LCCS management, Sales, and new business & underwriting teams to ensure operational consistency is maintained to support all sales channels across all lines of business.
What will you do?
Provide quality leadership to staff in the day to day operations of the department.
Provide input into budget planning and adhering to approved budget
Act as primary liaison with Compliance for Contracting issues
Review, assess, make decisions on contracting compliance and/or risk issues within authority limits for the Contracting staff.
Resolve escalated customer issues/complaints and complex problems
Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external business partners
Partner with other members of the LCCS management team to effectively manage and resolve issues including cross channel issues
Support the development and implementation of an integrated services strategy for LCCS and enhance integrated service capabilities to provide a unified and singular face to clients through workflows, policies and procedures, training and education and technology
