Responsibilities:


  • Review and work customer payment exceptions such as refunds, transfers, return items and missing payments
  • Processing of EFT payments
  • Daily/Monthly posting/reconciliation of all payments by way of internal/external reporting platforms
  • Troubleshoot any payment related matters | Work with internal departments of Eastlink
  • Project work as required

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Commerce degree focused in accounting
  • 3 years of data processing and/or accounting experience
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Proven experience in billing software systems of CSG and MIND
  • Ability to complete detailed analysis while following established policies & procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Effective problemsolving skills including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Detail oriented; willing to investigate the details and ask probing questions
  • Desire for continuous learning; eager to understand other areas of the business
  • Participate in and support a positive work environment
  • Must be driven to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Understanding of payment processing procedures and regulations
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
