(The hiring for this role is being managed by Meda Agency. Our partner company in the sales/business development space is looking for a BDR to join their team.


Our partner company is looking to expand their team by bringing on a Managing Digital Strategist that will be a key player in scaling their clients search advertising.


You will work directly with clients to build out and optimise high-converting advertising campaigns across various social media and search platforms.


We're looking for someone who is ambitious, understands search engine & social advertising trends, has proven experience in e-commerce + lead gen, managing a team, and has the ability to work autonomously.


Duties

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Work as primary ads buyer for up to 5 clients
  • Lead a team of 10 consisting of: strategists, coordinators, designers, and contractors
  • Strategize digital campaigns and activations with an eye to delivering client value
  • Report on the success of tailored solutions
  • Help create strategic slide decks and pitches for pitching digital projects for new clients
  • Monitor and track client KPIs including alerting others when problems exist
  • Translate client briefs into actionable digital campaigns
  • Keep up to date with current best practices across different advertising platforms
  • Drive to grow and improve your hard and soft skills Provide the top customer service to all clients.

Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)

  • Previous experience at a digital or marketing agency, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of processes and implementation of SOPs
  • 35 years of creating/managing Google Search Ad Campaigns
  • 35 years creating/managing Meta Ad Campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Performance Max, Search, and DSA campaigns
  • Familiarity with Facebook catalogue, campaign optimization, and the latest postIOS digital ad strategies
  • In depth knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center and Google Tag Manager Implementations
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis at high speed
  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity and problem solving ability
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience working on agency teams with complex marketing campaigns
  • Experience of paid digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and YouTube
  • Detailoriented and selfmotivated in a remote work capacity
  • Able to manage client relationships
