We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.


The Position:

We are looking for a _Part-time_
Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation.


Responsibilities:


  • Reconciling receivable and supplier payable balance sheet accounts against general ledger balances and identifying variances
- bank deposits, coordinating with the correction team on discrepancies and chargeback's

  • Identifying issues in regards to reconciliations as well as AP/AR processes, and making recommendations on process improvements;

Qualifications:


  • 2 to 3 years experience as a bookkeeper
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and/or accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Detail orientated
