    Description

    Playwing, owned by the founders of Ubisoft, is an independent Game Developer and Publisher with a lot of passion for games. One of our team's main goals is to improve the gaming experience for players.

    For that reason we publish, distribute, and develop games for several countries worldwide. We are continuously innovating and seeking for the best UX.

    The company has operational offices in Rennes (France), Madrid (Spain), Bucharest (Romania), Kharkiv (Ukraine), Montreal (Canada) and a sales office in San Diego (USA). We also count with two partner studios, Mando Productions, in Paris (France) Shinypix, in Bordeaux (France)

    Job Description

    Are you interested in?

    Supervising the game production (Multiplayer PC – Dark Fantasy Universe) by making sure mandate is clear, proper production management methods are in place, game quality expectations are met & games are released on schedule.

    You will be r esponsible of:

    • Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to release;
    • Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines;
    • Identify and help remove roadblocks;
    • Prioritize and assign task to the appropriate people;
    • Create and update schedules and tasks;
    • Ensure features of major tasks are prioritized with stakeholder, scoped and scheduled;
    • Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation;
    • Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables;
    • Keep team mobilized and focused on goals, milestones and quality.

    Qualifications

    You must have:

    · At least 8 years working experience in the Game Industry and delivering at least 2 AAA tittles as a producer;

    • Experience of multiple-studios collaboration environment;
    • Proficient project and people management skills;
    • Strong team building abilities;
    • Solid understanding of the game development process for AAA games;
    • Experience tracking complex projects;
    • Technical background with software engineering or technical project management experience is a plus;
    • Excellent written and oral French and English communication skills;
