Green Ideas Landscaping is hiring
Landscape Labourers and Gardeners with a minimum of 1-3 years experience, to be part of our Halifax-based team.

We offer a rewarding work environment as part of a professional crew in a growing company. Pay will be based on previous professional experience and horticulture diplomas, where applicable.


General Responsibilities

  • Representing Green Ideas in a professional and respectful capacity at all times to clients, vendors, and employees
  • HORTICULTURE EXPERIENCE 1+

YEARS:
Participating in labour efforts for maintenance spoftscaping, hardscaping

  • LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE 1+

YEARS:
Participating in labour efforts for carpentry, spoftscaping, hardscaping

  • Ensuring safety and quality control for all aspects of a project


  • Operating April

  • December/end of season (we do not offer snow removal)
  • Performing other related duties, as assigned
  • Provide own transportation to job site/central pick up location

Compensation

  • Starting at $16.50/hr for up to 1 year of experience
  • Starting at $19.50/hr for 3+ years of experience / related diploma
  • Average of 45 hours per week, 7:30am 4:30pm, Monday
  • Friday

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal


Pay:
$16.50-$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
