Summary


If you are passionate about data and envision your analytics revealing impactful business insights and shaping the future of our organization, this role is for you Exclusive Brands is seeking a resourceful self-starter who proactively looks for opportunities to address our business challenges.

The business intelligence analyst will be responsible for all ERP and business intelligence-related matters by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives, develop value-added reporting, and provide ad-hoc data extracts in all areas of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement various reports and business analytics for everyday use by internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver and maintain highlevel dashboards for senior management.
  • Sales reporting and analysis for key accounts (e.g. Walmart)
  • Improve and/or automate current inefficient reporting.
  • Consolidate fragmented data to improve accessibility and useability for decision makers.
  • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze business processes and data workflows, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create a scalable BI environment that will support current and future business growth.
  • Monitoring and optimizing ERP system performance.
  • Assist in Sage 300 system improvements and process automation.
  • Provide analysis support, training, technical assistance, and knowledge sharing for all reports and dashboards.
  • Any other related tasks assigned by the Director of Finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, Excel, Macros, and SharePoint); Strong Excel skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SQL Queries (Views, Stored Procedure, Triggers).
  • Proficiency in reporting design and report extraction from retail vendor portals (e.g. Walmart Retail Link)
  • Experience in largescale data management, warehousing, and relational databases.
  • Knowledge in one of the data analysis programming languages (Python, R) is an asset.
  • Experience in designing dashboards and userfriendly reports.
  • Experience with EDI platforms is an asset (e.g. SPS Commerce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong listening skills and openness to feedback from users.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passionate about data and creativity in report design to get others excited about data.
  • Postsecondary education in computer science, business intelligence, business administration, or related studies.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics SAP); knowledge of Sage 300, specifically, is a strong asset.

Hours of Operation:
M-F 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Workplace Type:
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day working from home (after successful completion of probationary period)
