    Responsibilities
    What YOU will be doing as a Welder Fitter
    - custom fabrication
    - work with heavy gauge material from 1⁄2" plate up to 24" thick plate
    - read and understand engineered drawings and weld symbols
    - work safely and follow all safety rules and procedures
    - work with cranes and rigging

    Qualifications
    What YOU bring to the role of Welder Fitter in Hamilton:

    • CWB Certified in flat MCAW and SMAW all positions an asset
    • 437A Read Seal Fabricator an asset
    • 5 years fitting experience
    - mechanical hydraulic experience is an asset
    - good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
    - experience with cranes and rigging
