Position Summary

Responsibilities

Full scale data entry and data maintenance within the ERP system
Collection and compilation of all documentation and data for Company departments
Utilize basic knowledge/understanding of drawings and blueprints for data purposes
Reconciliation and updating of historical data
Attend and occasionally schedule and/or facilitate interdepartmental communication meetings
Utilize PowerBI regularly for data purposes
Collaborate with the Operations team for training, utilization, and required updates to the ERP system and data collection processes
Respond to inquiries for data information from Management and Executives, as needed

Qualifications

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
Strong Excel functionalities knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and with multidepartmental teams
Basic knowledge of Construction industry blueprints and CAD drawings
Minimum 2+ years of Data Entry role or related experience
Infor SyteLine experience considered an asset

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
