We're currently looking for an experienced Renewals Manager based in Montreal or Toronto, Canada or Raleigh, North Carolina to join our dynamic Account Management sales team._ _You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.

To achieve this goal, you will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments while maintaining an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals.

You will also negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align to customer goals while partnering closely with your Account Management team to discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities that maximize customer growth.


This is a key role within the organization, as MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit, year-over-year growth; thus, creating a need for world-class client care and management.


What you'll do:


  • Lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
  • Engage with key decisionmakers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure ontime commitments.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90day forecast of renewals in your territory.
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align to customer goals.
  • Work crossfunctionally with our Account Management team to discover and identify upsell/crosssell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, deals, and progress.

About you:


  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in renewals, account management or a similar role within the midmarket segment.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating larger deals, understanding complex sales cycles, and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate datadriven insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and lead impactful quarterly business reviews.
  • Adaptability and comfort in a fastpaced, rapidly changing sales environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and deal management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A positive, passionate, and creative mindset, combined with highcharacter qualities that align with our company values.
  • An open and hungry mind, always willing to improve through coaching and learn about our customers' industries
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field.

Bonus if you have:


  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc.
  • Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success in working in a remote setting.
