Keywords Studios Montreal is looking for German speakers to join our Video Games Proofreaders team.

*Bank of Candidates*
If successful in our recruitment process, candidates will join our pool of candidates and will be contacted once we have an opportunity.

Main tasks

Proofreading texts and video game contents (spelling, syntax, typography, etc.)
Checking texts for consistency and recommending changes where necessary.
Writing error reports.
Performing minor, simple translations.
Ensuring subtitles match the audio tracks.
Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
Live in the Montreal area.
Available to work from home and in-office according to project demands.
Authorized to work in Canada.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while managing your time efficiently.
Comfortable with digital technologies (computers, video game consoles, touchscreens, etc.)
An interest in the video game industry.
Experience in a similar position or in a related field (an asset).
$18.30 per hour (bonus of $2.50/hr. after 7:00 PM).
Contracts are on-call with potential for full-time and permanent openings with growth opportunities.
Paid 4-day training, accrued vacation and 5-days sick/personal paid day off per year post probation.
Internet subsidy for testers working from home.
Work in Office bonus and one day off for every 160 hours worked in-office (if the project requires to be performed in the office).
Partnerships with STM, BIXI, Telus, Bell and Nautilus Gym (among others).
