About the role

Main responsibilities:

- _ Monitor the engines Work In Progress (WIP) timeline, and provide customer with updates_
- _ Participate in the daily production review and provide customer direction to support production_
- _ Communicate technical update to customer and seek approval to support the work in progress_
- _ Provide deliverable priorities to the production, lead actions and raise escalation with cross functional team to ensure on time delivery (Engineering, Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Finance)_
- _ Review customer technical documentation_
- _ Review and approve material exchange according to technical records and contractual guidelines_
- _ Produce the customer progress report, and lead meetings with the Customer_
- _ Create Sales Order and Work Order in ERP system_
- _ Coordinate the reception and shipment of customer equipment_
- _ Participate to the final invoice review and approval process_
- _ Responsible to perform the customer satisfaction survey_
- _ Lead the actions to solve the situation_
- _ Participate in process improvement_


What you bring to the role

  • College or business degree in a related discipline
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Customer facing role
  • Experience working with complex contractual structure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate actions with interfunctional teams
  • Capable to review financial data documents (Invoice, proposal, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with sound judgment
  • Great organizational and priority management skills
  • Capable to excel in a fast paste environment and working well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, work without direct supervision and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and great team player
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Innovative and focus on Continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Willingness to be called afterhours.

Additional skills desired for the role

  • Experience working in the Aviation field
  • Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) experience is preferred
  • Experience with Quantum system
  • Being able to communicate Technical information effectively
