Description

Commissionaires BC is looking for a security supervisor to work Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at a Passport Office in Surrey.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Interior and exterior patrols
Access Control and visitor verification
Crowd control and management
Responding to potential protesters or media
Directing incoming mail to relevant staff
Investigating incidents promptly and accurately
Maintain uptodate Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments
Submit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines
Assist with training and scheduling of Commissionaires
Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progress
Ensure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportment
Reporting to the site supervisor and operations management for further duties as necessary

Your Must Haves

Valid BC Security License
Have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years due to clearance requirements
OFA 1 or willing to obtain one
Excellent English oral and written skills
Previous supervisory Experience would be an asset
