The Commitment

  • Aspiring Sales Leader
  • Support sales in the following lines of business: Services, Products and Integrations
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless CRM system by tracking new/existing opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining ad hoc sales metrics, sales forecast pipeline and dashboard on NetSuite to monitor KPIs and overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with assigned stakeholders to facilitate consultative sales cycle, scope out NetSuite needs of prospects and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
  • Work closely with other members of the Oracle NetSuite Sales team, Marketing, and Solution Consultants to deliver new business sales
  • Maintain regular communication and planning with operations to ensure capacity and availability of resources for new projects can be met upon close of sale
  • Assist in follow through of leads from your own prospecting efforts, leveraging existing and new sales contacts, as well as existing accounts and partners
  • Write and review contracts and terms with prospects

The Essentials

  • At least 2 year experience in sales operations or similar position
  • Business undergrad or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in software industry ERP, CRM a plus
  • Preferably with past sales work experience
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and deal with competing priorities
  • Experience building a pipeline, qualifying and identifying deals that you can close
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal/external clients
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Cloud computing technologies
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent Planning Ability
  • High organizational skills
  • Experience in Data analysis
