    Director, Global Delivery

    Our delivery team is a key part of our business engaging with clients with a focus on key stakeholders and project sponsors at the C-Suite level.

    Working hand in hand with the internal project management and oversight teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and in scope.

    You will have a proven track record of strategic leadership and a deep understanding of delivery operations. You will excel in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Manage relationship with existing or new clients within own vertical
    Ensure client implementations are planned, resourced and delivered at par with Appficiency standards
    Look after and lead the delivery team
    Responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project process, providing strategic direction, making decisions and solving complex problems to move ensure that business moves forward while managing strategic business consultants in different levels
    Ensure that resources are allocated based on project demand, proactively lead the identification & design and implementation of process improvements
    Management of operational and business metrics
    At least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or related
    Project Management experience
    At least 10 years management experience in handling several teams
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously in one or two industries
    Strong understanding of ERP Implementation preferably NetSuite
    Ability to manage team onsite and remotely
    Strong understanding of technology implementation
    Strong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance management
    Strong ability in managing small, medium and large scale projects
    Management of medium to large team in different regions and countries
    Usual travel can be up to 25% of total time but can be higher on certain projects
