If you are a natural problem solver with a knack for technology, our newest Operations and Maintenance Coordinator may be a great fit for you.

Your days will consist of supporting our eleven mainland locations with day-to-day technology and maintenance support.

About the Job:


  • New Employee Setup and account creation: Microsoft, Email, Adobe, Server, Policy Works
  • Workstation setup including ordering and systems setup
  • Email support and communication with providers
  • Remote technical support
  • Supply ordering for technical needs throughout all locations
  • Simple miscellaneous repairs and handy work
  • Liaison with contractors and service providers
  • Facilitate tenant improvements
  • Manage legal document shredding processes
