Duties & Responsibilities

  • Nurtures client relationships, anticipates client needs, and identifies solutions & opportunities to educate, grow and add value to client accounts.
  • Understands our clients' key contacts, organization structures, processes, and business plans, coordinating communication flows.
  • Assists in managing profitability of your team's portfolio, budgets, project scope, and timelines to ensure timely and profitable delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Constant coordination with internal stakeholders to execute on deliverables, including tasking and follow up.
  • Partners with the Account Director on their accounts and projects to define strategy, using various marketing approaches to drive and increase ROI for clients.
  • Manages client expectations and ensures timely and ontarget deliverables throughout the account lifecycle.
  • Contributes to thought leadership, identifying trends, and applies this thinking toward client ROI.
  • Accountable for staying uptodate on the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Understands the digital and traditional marketing landscape and helps the team to align strategies and tactics with client objectives.
  • Other duties as required.

Our Ideal Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and delivering topnotch customer service.
  • Strong attentiontodetail, high level of quality, and extremely organized.
  • Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track, measure, and present KPIs.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Curiosity and passion for marketing.
  • Strong emotional control and intelligence.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar account management role or digital marketing capacity.
  • College or Universitylevel education in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Able to identify opportunities within ongoing strategies for areas of optimization.
  • Experience working on crossfunctional digital marketing campaigns and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong teamplayer, able to work with diverse groups and skill sets.
  • Google Ads Certified — knowledge of Google Analytics and best practices for digital marketing campaigns.
