Busy Downtown Team is Seeking a Full-time Admin/Personal Assistant
Must drive and own a car
Must have at least 1 year Real Estate Admin/Deals or Personal Assistant to a Realtor experience
Knowledge of real estate paperwork, real estate processes
- Assemble documents & work with Webforms paperwork
- Database Management and Data Entry
- Correspondence with clients, other agents and professional in the industry
- Schedule necessary appointments for listing prep; photography, home inspections, etc
- Place or remove signs on property;
- Place or remove lockbox on property
- Assist with staging and listing prep
- Complete contract forms with business and factual information at the direction of and with approval by a licensee;
- Submit listings and changes to MLS
- Schedule appointments for the team members (this does not include making telephone calls, telemarketing, or performing other activities to solicit business on behalf of the licensee);
- Set up showings, manage buyer tours
- Place advertising, Manage/update social platforms; website, Instagram, Facebook, etc
- Create/update print material; newsletter, flyers, etc.
- Prepare and distribute flyers and promotional information under the direction of and with approval
- Managing and creating all social media and internet presence for real estate listings, market statistics, real estate related information, events/promotional materials, community outreach
- Responsible for creating all marketing collateral for real estate listings
- Provide professional customer service when communicating with clients directly
- Manage advertising on social media and internet platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Kijiji etc.)
- Design and execute create/update print materials, monthly newsletters, flyers etc.
- Strong ability to write content
- Knows how to use Canva to help create social media
- Act as a courier to deliver documents, pick up keys, etc. Requires a car of your own
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Must own a car
- Must have experience with Canvas or other design software
- Must know Webforms, Realm, MLS
- Attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Toronto, ON M5V 1E9 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5V 1E9: Relocate before starting work (required)
