Description
GRIT Engineering Inc. provides professional consulting services in site plan development, land development, municipal review, surveying, and geotechnical engineering. This firm is in its formative years, and we are looking for a who is driven to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful completion of all projects
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work outside with flexibility based on weather conditions
- G drivers License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with handheld equipment
- Learn to utilize GNSS, Robotic Total Stations, and Levelling survey equipment
- Conduct topographical surveys
- Create and maintain detailed survey information
- Accurately indicate elevations, property lines and land contours
- Accurately manage spatial data
- Interpret aerial photographs
Education Requirement
Civil/Construction Technician or Technologist or its equivalent.
OR
Completion of an accredited surveying/geomatics program an asset.
Significant Experience in lieu will be considered

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
