The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Provide inbound customer support.

• Be a 'brand ambassador' for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions

• Understand the impact they have on the customer's perception of the SharkNinja brand

• Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences

• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.

• High School or University

• Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office

• English speaking role

• Ability to work in Windows environment

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• The base salary range for this position is $18.90- $23.63/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
