Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop terms of the detailed Project Plan in consultation with Project Leadership Team.
Produce deliverables on time, within budget ensuring project objectives are met.
Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and project deliverables.
Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
Organize and facilitate multistakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.
Work collaboratively with Third Party Vendors and other Partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
Develop project change requests (scope, time, and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience understanding Business priorities and leading projects through a governance framework utilizing standard practices and methodologies.
Experience meeting project deadlines, setting priorities, managing resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.
Experience managing Commercial-OffThe-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment would be an asset.
Education: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. (mandatory)
Experience in creating and managing project management documentation including: project plans, schedules, project budget, change orders, and project status reports.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
Must be able to work in Regina, SK for the duration of the project.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
