Job Title:
Site Superintendent - High Rise Residential Construction

Position Overview:

As a Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our clients high-rise residential construction projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Your leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are understood and executed efficiently.
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to onsite personnel as necessary.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources required for construction activities.
Manage onsite personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and tradespeople, to optimize productivity and performance.
Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Track project progress against milestones, schedules, and budgets, and take proactive measures to address deviations.
Generate regular progress reports and communicate project status updates to project stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and delays and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in highrise residential construction projects.
Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate onsite teams.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
OSHA certification and familiarity with relevant safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
