Purpose Advisor Solutions is looking to onboard a talented Business Operations Associate for a 6 month contract role. This is a Hybrid role in Toronto.

What you'll do:


  • Provide operational support to our partnering firms across the company, including Harness Investment Management, Foundation Wealth Partners & our White-Labelled PM Firms.
  • Process account transactions, and perform audit/reconciliation activities and/or other activities in accordance with established priorities and deadlines on a timely, accurate and efficient basis.
  • Field all questions and concerns regarding deposits, withdrawals, money movement, and transfer inquiries. Effectively perform analysis on key problem areas or trends and escalate to Director as required.
  • Resolve discrepancies/ exceptions that frequently deal with nonroutine situations, requiring further analysis.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Advisors and Portfolio Managers regarding trade settlement, money movement, and account transferrelated inquiries.
  • Deliver on operational OKRs and continuously monitor their performance, deliver and own outcomes that affect our operational OKRs.
  • Adhere to regulations and execute best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with external partners and colleagues to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

We're looking for:


  • 24 years of proven relevant experience in the client servicing or operational roles.
  • Excellent attentiontodetail, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a problemsolving mindset.
  • Someone who is able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and easytounderstand way.
  • You thrive (or excel) in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment. You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fastpaced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Experience using SQL and Excel is an asset.

Nice to have:


  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of back office, middle office wealth management operations.
