Position Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily industrial operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of industrial workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, such as equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and mentor employees on proper industrial techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of industrial projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards, operational inefficiencies, or quality issues, taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including production reports, incident reports, and employee records.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations to implement best practices and ensure compliance.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an industrial supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Possession of a valid DZ license is an asset.
  • Experience with operating and maintaining vac trucks is an asset.
  • Familiarity with high pressure water blasting techniques and equipment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
