Bar Hydraulics seeks experienced Hydraulic Piping Foremen to join our team for a long-term, multi-year plant contract in the USA.


Requirements/ Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Field position with 6 weeks of travel and 1 week off
  • Clean driving record and ability to cross the USA border
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, mechanical plans, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with industrial piping systems

Duties:


  • Assist the construction management team in project execution.
  • Responsive to project manager, construction manager, and superintendent
  • Liaison between project management and site personnel
  • Collaboration with superintendents and project Controls
  • Ensure adherence to plans, specs, and building codes
  • Maintain cost efficiency and supervise crews
  • Update construction schedules and interface with clients
  • Manage timecards, daily log, and site safety
  • Enforce labour relations policies and apprentice training
  • Proactive in crew needs and conflict resolution
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Daily project meetings with customers
  • Manage and lead Hydraulic piping service staff by training and reviewing performance
  • Maintain a welltrained team up to date on new technology, proper tool and material use, and quality workmanship
  • Provide customers with price estimations for parts and labour
  • Coordinate with the team to shorten downtime
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
