We are looking for a Curator, Indigenous Histories and Contemporary Cultures, North

What we are looking for:

Scholarly Expertise and/or Community Knowledge;
Great communication skills in;
Knowledge of material culture;
Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaborative projects;
Understanding of the Canadian Museum of History's operating environment and strategic directions.

Relevant and recent experience in:

Relevant Master's degree (a PhD is an asset);
Equivalent combination of training and experience

Knowledge of:

Indigenous cultures in the artic or subartic regions;
Material culture; Museum practices and operating environment;
