As a member of the projects team, you find satisfaction in supporting and coordinating the delivery of projects in a timely manner and with a level of professionalism that helps our clients thrive.

You enjoy working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders internal and external to the company at various levels of responsibility.

You are particularly comfortable working independently in a context that requires you to choose among several options. Your organizational skills greatly facilitate the completion of several projects at the same time. You recognize the merits of project management processes and know how to maximize the management tools at your disposal.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Guardian of the project plan, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Participates and contributes to the advancement of project tracking activities.
  • Provides influential leadership to achieve results.
  • Contributes to the assessment of project risks and issues and proposes solutions, as needed, to the project managers.
  • Manages all administrative aspects of projects including cost control, schedule management, documentation management, change management and followup, and billing.
  • Keeps all stakeholders informed of the progress of projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • A college degree is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a project management environment
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong team player and collaborative spirit
  • Effective oral and written communication in both English and French
